These Terms & Conditions are the framework that helps us maintain a safe, respectful, and nurturing space for your transformation. By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms so that together, we can create clarity, trust, and balance on your path to well-being.

 Key points:

  1. TRANSFORMX provides online fitness, nutrition, and wellness programs. Fees are charged at checkout and are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  2. Program hold requests (max 14 days) must be emailed to your coach or info@transformxme.com within 7 days of purchase.
  3. We don’t guarantee specific results (e.g., weight loss timelines). Please consult your physician for medical advice.
  4. Coach availability: Mon–Sat; responses usually within 48 business hours. Coaches are unavailable on Sundays and UAE public holidays.
  5. This agreement is governed by UAE law. For questions, email legal@transformxme.com.
  1. About this agreement
    This Agreement is between you (“Client” or “User”) and TRANSFORMX, a unit of ARMS STAFFING INVESTMENTS L.L.C-FZ (“TRANSFORMX”). TRANSFORMX operates https://www.transformxme.com and provides online fitness, nutrition and wellness programs.
  2. Services & Fees
    TRANSFORMX provides services designed to support personal growth, wellness, and transformation. Fees are shown at checkout and are payable at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated or permitted by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, fees are non-refundable. We will notify users of fee changes; changes do not apply retroactively to programs already paid for.

  3. Coaches
    Coaches are employees or contracted partners of TRANSFORMX who deliver services on behalf of TRANSFORMX. Coaches are authorized to provide program guidance but cannot amend these Terms.

  4. Accuracy of information
    The effectiveness of any plan depends on the information you provide. You must provide accurate and complete health, medication, and medical history information. If you have pre-existing health conditions or take prescription medication, consult a licensed physician before starting. TRANSFORMX may ask for medical clearance for certain programs.
  5. Start date, holds & emergencies
    You should commence your program within the selected start window. If unable to start, due to unforeseen circumstances, you may request a one-time hold of up to 14 days. To request a hold, email your assigned coach and info@transformxme.com within 7 days of payment, including your order ID and reason (medical proof required for medical emergencies). Hold requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you do not commence within the allowed period and no valid hold is approved, your program may be forfeited.
  6. Results
    We design plans to support your goals, but individual results vary. We do not guarantee any specific outcome (for example, a certain amount of weight loss in a set timeframe). Programs are not a substitute for medical treatment.
  7. Privacy & media
    Confidentiality is the cornerstone of creating a safe space for your healing, growth, and transformation. We will not post your images on social media without your prior written consent. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use and store personal data. During onboarding we will ask for explicit consent if social media use is planned.
  8. Coach availability & response times
    Coaches are typically available Monday–Saturday. Coaches are unavailable on Sundays and UAE public holidays. We aim to respond to non-urgent queries within 48 business hours. They are not a substitute for emergency medical or psychiatric care. If you are experiencing a crisis or require urgent support, we strongly recommend seeking immediate help through emergency services or licensed professionals.
  9. Supplements & medical advice
    TRANSFORMX does not endorse banned or controlled substances. If you take supplements, inform your coach. Our plans are not medical prescriptions; consult a licensed physician before starting new supplements or treatment.
  10. Your representations & indemnity
    You confirm you are legally able to enter this agreement. You agree to indemnify TRANSFORMX for claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of programs.
    A. Court route (UAE)
    This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
    B. Arbitration route 
    Any dispute shall be submitted to arbitration seated in Dubai, UAE, under [DIFC-LCIA] or [ICC] Rules, and the award shall be final and binding.
    Do not reference India’s Arbitration and Conciliation Act if you intend UAE law/courts. If you want to use Indian law/arbitration, explicitly state that and explain why but that’s unusual for a Dubai-based business. Have legal counsel pick & sign off the clause.
  11. Payment confirmation
    After a successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation (including a transaction ID) within 24 hours. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, email payments@transformxme.com with your transaction reference.
