  • Digital Services / Packages (e.g., wellness programs, online fitness, nutrition plans, online consultations):
      • If the service has not yet commenced (no access or sessions started), a full refund is available within 7 days of purchase.
      • Once services or sessions have begun, refunds are not available for partially used or completed packages, except in cases of technical issues or mental health-related emergencies (with documentation).
  • Promotional / Discounted Packages: non-refundable unless explicitly stated at purchase.

Flexible Options

Instead of a refund, you may also choose from:

  • Rescheduling your program start date.
  • Pausing your program until you’re ready to continue.
  • Credits toward future programs or services.

Cancellation Policy

Process for Requesting a Refund

  • All refund requests must be submitted to support@transformxme.com with proof of purchase and a clear explanation of the reason. If related to mental health or emotional distress, feel free to include that information so we can consider it in our evaluation.
  • We will review the request and notify you of approval or denial within 5 working days.
  • If approved, we’ll initiate the refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days, subject to banking/transaction processing times.
  • Any bank or transaction fees imposed by payment providers may be deducted.
